The Rotary Club of Hilo and Home Depot Hilo were honored by the Friends of the Children's Justice Center of East Hawaii on Saturday, April 12 for their key role in turning an old storage shed into a 24 hour clothes closet to help the children served by the center.  The five Rotarians pictured were the key members of the team from the Rotary Club.
 
Not pictured is project lead Marcia Prose who put the whole project together.  Marcia is a member of the Rotary Club of Hilo and is on the board of the Friends of the Children's Justice Center of East Hawaii.
The Before and After of the building are a testament to the work done by members of the Rotary Club of Hilo and employees of Home Depot in Hilo.
 
 
 
Christine Barajas, Assistant Manager at Home Depot in Hilo, was instrumental in obtaining a grant for over $10,000 for materials that went into the project.
