DESCRIPTION:Pet Therapy is an easy and rewarding project that all are encou
 raged to participate!  The participants of the Hawaii Island Adult Care a
 re so appreciative of these visits.  Our furry friends bring them so much
  joy!  Many of the kupuna tell us that they used to have a much loved pet
 \, but could no longer care for them.  You can see how much it means to t
 hem to hug and love on the ones we bring for them. Please consider giving 
 ONE hour of your time to bring some joy to their lives.  You don't need t
 o bring a pet.  They love to talk story with us and we in turn\, are bles
 sed by lots of smiles and love.
